Consumer Services Policy

As a HUD approved 501(c)(3) non-profit credit and housing counseling agency, Consumer Credit Management Services, Inc. (CCMS) does not require consumers to purchase or pay fees for educational programs, materials or supplies. CCMS does not charge advanced fees for any of its programs. Any fees paid to CCMS are voluntary and based on applicable federal and state laws. Consumer services are available for free or at a reduced rate based on the consumer’s ability to pay in accordance with the U.S. Census poverty level figures.

A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the division of consumer services by calling toll-free (800-435-7352) within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
